It Was a Movement.
When Hurricane Helene swept through Western North Carolina in September 2024, Carlos and Sandra stepped into action — coordinating volunteers, organizing food and supply distributions, and raising funds. What they witnessed was neighbors helping neighbors, and a network of kindness stretching far beyond their own circles.
